Questions?

Some gifts you give a grandchild last a week. Some last a lifetime. Grands Camp tends to be the second kind.

This is a week at Lutheridge designed specifically for grandparents and their grandchildren — ages 5 through 12 — to share something genuinely extraordinary together. Not a theme park. Not a cruise. Camp. The kind of place where screens disappear, the mountains take over, and the things that actually matter have plenty of room to breathe.

Mornings give grandkids an energetic, joyful experience with our young adult counselors — songs, games, activities, and the particular magic that happens when kids are given space to just be kids at camp. Meanwhile, grandparents gather for Bible study and conversation with other grandparents who know exactly what this season of life feels like. Then everyone comes back together for the heart of the day crafts, campfire songs, and all the classic experiences that make a week at camp unlike anything else.

What grandparents consistently tell us is that Grands Camp gives them something rare — uninterrupted time with their grandchildren in a setting that brings out the best in both of them. Away from the routines and screens and busyness of ordinary life, kids and grandparents discover each other in new ways. Old stories get told. New ones get made. Faith gets shared not in a house or church but around a campfire, in a canoe, on a trail — in the moments that stick.

Grandparents and grandchildren are housed together in comfortable adult family housing. Grands Camp pairs beautifully with the Pioneer Sampler program for 1st-4th grade grandchildren who are ready to take their very first independent step into camp life.
