Brian Feid
Facilities & Grounds Director
Lutheridge
Lutheridge has been a part of Brian’s life for many years. He grew up in Arden and worked at Lutheridge in his teens, both in the kitchen and with the maintenance department. During college he worked on summer staff for four years. After graduating from Appalachian State University in 1995, Brian worked at T.C. Roberson High School in Asheville and has enjoyed a 30-year career as a history teacher and coach. A deep love of ministry at Lutheridge kept Brian returning to camp summer after summer with his wife Jenny to serve as C3ARE leaders. Beginning in the fall of 2024, Brian took a position with the maintenance department staff in a part-time capacity. It is a perfect, full-circle opportunity for Brian to once again serve camp full-time as the Director of Facilities.

Livi Iobst
Assistant Program Director
Lutheridge & Lutherock
Livi grew up in Atlanta, GA with three brothers. They fell in love with summer camp by going to the same camp for thirteen years in a row. This led them to pursue camp work in the summers between college, where they studied Outdoor Studies at Young Harris College. Since undergrad, Livi has worked full time at camp. A passion for summer camp landed Livi in the southern Appalachians with its incredibly rich camp history. Supported by their partner, Caleb, and cat, Hazelnut, Livi is a first-year master’s student at Western Carolina University. There they study Experiential and Outdoor Education with a focus on Summer Staff Experiences. When given free time, Livi likes to visit their youngest siblings in Virginia and play outside. They can be found happily hiking a trail and splashing in creeks when the weather is nice or knitting away when a day gets grey.
