Lutheridge 75th Birthday Capital Campaign

It is with gratitude for 75 years of strong camping ministry that we celebrate the 75th birthday of Lutheridge and all the ways God has grown faith, developed leaders, and built community.

The generosity of those who love camp will serve to strengthen this ministry and pass the faith to children, youth, and adults today and for future generations.

Pastors Tim and Mary Canniff-Kuhn, who served as program directors at Lutheridge for 25 years, have agreed to chair the campaign.

Why it matters now.

“Camp is more important than ever in providing leadership development, faith formation and the experience of authentic Christian community – all in the midst of God’s creation.”

Pastor Mary Canniff-Kuhn, campaign co-chair

“These things cost more as expectations for staff, facilities, amenities, and infrastructure continue to rise. Lutheridge must catch up and move forward to create the same transformational experiences in new ways. This capital campaign will help this happen.”

Pass the faith.

I am reminded of your sincere faith, a faith that lived first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and now, I am sure, lives in you.

2 Timothy 1:5

Ben Moravitz served as a Confirmation Camp pastor at Lutheridge, and his children came to camp. Now his grandchildren have too.

“Lutheridge has been such a special place. I love that our grandkids got to come and see part of our world.”
