About Our Pricing
It is our goal that every child be able to attend camp, regardless of their ability to pay.
Here’s how pricing works at Luther Springs, and what can help.

One meaningful experience. Three ways to make it possible.
NovusWay’s voluntary tiered pricing lets you choose the rate that best fits your family's budget, ensuring every camper receives the exact same amazing experience regardless of which tier you select.
Tier I
Partially Subsidized
This is our historically subsidized rate and does not reflect the true cost of operating summer camp programs. It is made possible through the mission funding dollars we receive from individual donors and churches.
Tier II
Direct Cost
This rate represents the direct costs of camp: program costs, food, summer staff, and camp administration costs.
Tier III
True Cost
This rate more closely accounts for the true costs of camp, including deferred maintenance, insurance and utilities. You help us stretch our limited scholarship funds further so more children can experience the power of camp.
Every camper receives the same experience no matter what tier is chosen. The tier you choose is voluntary and confidential.
Rates are set program by program.

You can choose a payment plan in CampWise when you register. Payments are drafted from the card on file on the 1st or the 15th of each month.
A few things you may be wondering.
Here are a few answers to help you feel confident before you register.
Does the tier we choose change anything about camp?
Not a thing. Every camper and guest gets the same activities, meals, staff and care, whichever tier you choose. It doesn't change where anyone sleeps or when you can register, either.
Your choice is confidential. Counselors, campers and other families never see it.
Which tier should we choose?
The one that feels comfortable and affordable for your family.
If you can choose Tier II or Tier III, you help cover what camp really costs, and you help us offer more scholarships and keep camp in good shape. If Tier I fits best, choose it with confidence. Donors and churches who love camp make that rate possible, and choosing it doesn't take a scholarship from anyone else.
What if Tier I is still more than we can manage?
We never want cost to be the reason someone misses camp. Scholarship help is available, and you can ask for it when you register. Scholarships and payment plans are explained above.
Is Tier III a tax-deductible gift?
No. Registration fees aren't charitable donations, even at the higher tiers. If you'd like to give more, a separate gift to scholarships or camp improvements is tax-deductible. See ways to give.
Can our church help pay for our camper?
Yes. If you know your church or another group is helping before you register, list it during registration.
Can we change our tier after we register?
Yes. If your circumstances change, call our registration office at 828-209-6302 and they'll help you switch.
Keep the connection growing.
We are grateful to our donors for investing in our campers and making it possible for us to offer a subsidized rate as well as scholarships.
