Program Director
Lutheridge Camp & Conference Center, located in Arden, North Carolina, is searching for an innovative
and Christ-centered leader for the role of full-time Program Director of year-round programming.
Lutheridge is a site of NovusWay Ministries, an outdoor ministry organization in the southeastern U.S.,
along with the sites Lutherock, Luther Springs, and Lutheranch.
Candidates for the Lutheridge Program Director position should possess a spirit of Christian hospitality
and service in graciously engaging with guests and all who come to NovusWay sites for retreat and
renewal. Candidates for the Lutheridge Program Director position should possess the skills for and
commitment to teamwork and creative collaboration with the NovusWay team in meeting our mission
goals.

NovusWay Ministries is offering a competitive benefits package for this position in accordance with the
