SALT = Servant, Adventure, and Leadership Training
This summer program gives young leaders an incredible opportunity to share their gifts and learn new skills alongside the talented summer staff at Lutherock!
SALT program participants will SERVE as support staff for summer camp at Lutherock, assisting with meals, caring for trails, and helping out with projects across our beautiful site. They will take on ADVENTURES from a new perspective, learning beginner skills from our professionally-trained staff. And they will practice LEADERSHIP by shadowing counselors and naming and claiming their gifts as part of Lutherock’s summer staff family!
